Things that feel like teeth, because they should.
Fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, root canals. The careful structural work that keeps your bite intact and your smile undivided. We aim for decades, not years.
Treatments under Restorative.
From a small filling to a whole quadrant rebuilt.
Tooth-coloured fillings
Composite resin matched to your tooth shade. No black metal, no obvious patches.
Crowns
Full-coverage caps for cracked or heavily-filled teeth. Modern porcelain — strong and natural.
Bridges
Replacing a missing tooth by anchoring to the neighbours. Fixed, never comes out.
Inlays & onlays
Half-step between filling and crown — for teeth that need more than a filling but aren't ready for full coverage.
Root canal therapy
Saving teeth that would otherwise need extraction. Modern technique — usually no more uncomfortable than a deep filling.
Dental implants
Titanium posts that replace tooth roots, then a crown on top. The closest thing to a real tooth ever invented.
Careful work, properly explained.
Restorative cases get more time than routine appointments — and we plan them carefully. Before any irreversible work, you'll see x-rays, the proposed treatment, and a clear cost estimate. We'd rather you leave the consult and come back next week than rush a decision.
Most fillings are one visit. Crowns and bridges are typically two — one for prep and impressions, one to fit the final piece. Implants are a longer arc (3 to 6 months from start to finish, with most of the time spent letting your bone heal). We tell you the timeline up front.
Diagnose
Full picture: x-rays, photos, sometimes 3D scans. We show you what we see.
Plan
Options with honest tradeoffs, costs in writing, timeline laid out.
Treat
Done in stages where it makes sense. Numbed properly, never rushed.
Follow up
A check at 6 weeks. Then back into your normal cleaning rhythm.
Dr. Patel takes her time with structural work. Nothing irreversible happens before you've seen the plan and asked every question.

Common questions about restorative care.
A well-fitted modern porcelain crown typically lasts 15–25 years. Some go longer. We've replaced 30-year-old crowns that were mostly fine — we just retired them out of caution.
The reputation is from the 1970s. Modern root canals, with proper anaesthetic, feel like a longer-than-usual filling. Most patients are surprised it was uneventful.
Usually yes, especially if they're cracked or stained. We don't push to replace fillings that are still doing their job — but if you want them swapped for tooth-coloured ones for cosmetic reasons, that's a fair conversation.
A veneer covers the front of a tooth — it's cosmetic. A crown covers the whole tooth, all sides — it's structural. We use crowns when the tooth itself needs protection, not just the look.
In the range of $3,500–$6,000 per implant once everything is included (post, abutment, crown). We give you written numbers before any surgery is scheduled. Multi-implant cases often have package pricing.
